About this project

Playfly Sports is a full-service sports marketing and media company that helps pro teams, colleges, high schools, and e-sports organizations build stronger brands and reach more fans.

We partnered with Playfly’s leadership team through a series of hands-on workshops focused on aligning personal purpose with the company’s purpose. Together, we helped leaders connect their individual values to Playfly’s brand purpose—and bring it to life in how they lead their teams every day.
